摘要
矿区纯手工生产管理方式升级为集散控制管理系统(DCS),矿区、河边物流相关实时数据接入公司总部PMIS(生产管理系统)系统。有了此系统生产部总调度就能更好的指挥、监督矿区生产,更为领导精准的决策提供最有力的依据。
This paper introduces the upgrade of pure manual production management to the distributed control system （DCS）, and the access of mining area, the logistics related real-time data into PMIS （production management system） system of corporate headquarters. This system helps total scheduling of the production department to guide and monitor the production in the mining area better and provides the most useful foundation to the judgement of the leaders.
