益气活血方对大鼠缺血心肌血管新生及HGF影响的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察益气活血方对急性心肌梗死后大鼠缺血心肌组织血管新生和对促血管新生因子肝细胞生长因子(HGF)蛋白表达的影响。方法建立心梗模型后,32只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组,模型组,麝香保心丸组,益气活血方组4组,用免疫组织化学法检测缺血心肌微血管计数(MVC)和微血管密度(MVD)及缺血心肌HGF蛋白表达。结果益气活血方组心肌梗死范围小于模型组(P<0.05)。益气活血方组、麝香保心丸组的微血管密度均高于模型组(P<0.05)。益气活血方组、麝香保心丸组的HGF蛋白表达较其余组显著升高(P<0.05);益气活血方组与麝香保心丸组的HGF蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气活血方能明显减小大鼠心肌梗死面积、促进缺血心肌血管新生,可能与其促进HGF表达有关。 Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqihuoxue Decoction on angiogenesis and promote angiogenic factors hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) protein expression in ischemic myocardium in rats model after myocardial infarction.Methods: 32 males SD rats randomly divided into four groups after the model of acute myocardial infarction being established,that is,sham operation group,mode group,Shexiangbaoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group.Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the number of microvascular vascular count and microvessel density in ischemic myocardium,and the expression of HGF protein in ischemic myocardium.Results: The myocardial infarcted scope of the Yiqihuoxue Decoction group was smaller than the mode group(P 0.05).The Microvascular density of both Shexiangbaoxin group and Yiqihuoxue Decoction group were significant higher than the mode group(P 0.05).The HGF protein expression were significant increased in Yiqihuoxue Decoction group and Shexiangbaoxin group compared with the others(P 0.05),there was no significant difference between Shexiang Baoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group(P 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue Decoction group significantly reduce rat myocardial infarct size to promote the angiogenesis of ischemic myocardium,which may be related to the promotion of HGF expression.
