摘要
针对目前航空发动机管路布局的研究现状和航空发动机外部管路布局空间的特点,提出了基于工程规则和空间离散的航空发动机管路布局方法。该方法是根据航空发动机外部管路布局空间为回转空间的特点,将航空发动机管路布局问题简化成沿径向、轴向和周向的运动轨迹规划问题。接着,将空间构造和空间离散思想与工程规则相结合,建立了小环境布局空间以及离散其为若干个曲面。最后,通过提出的路径运动轨迹方程以及满足工程规则的布管策略进行路径搜索。实例验证了方法的可行性与高效性。
Facing current research about the pipe routing for aero-engine and the characteristic of its layout space, an engineering rules and spatial discretization based pipe routing algorithm for aero-engines is proposed~ In the algorithm, the aero-engine pipe routing is regarded as the trajectory planning along the radial, axial and circumferential direction of the curved sulfaces because its layout space is rotatory; then, with the combination of engineering rules and the thoughts, i.e. spatial creation and spatial discretization, local layout spaces are built and discretized as several curved sugraces; finally, the pipe routing is searched according to the proposed trajectory equations and strategies meeting the requirements of the engineering. The case study illustrates the algorithm is feasible and effective.
