摘要
目的观察田皂角醇提取物的药理作用。方法采用试管二倍稀释法、巴豆油致耳郭肿胀法、醋酸扭体法、皮肤过敏试验和急性毒性试验。结果田皂角醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有较强抑菌作用,能减轻巴豆油致小鼠耳郭肿胀,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,降低皮肤过敏反应。急性毒性试验表明,田皂角醇提取物的最大给药量为150.7g生药/kg。结论田皂角醇提物具有一定的抑菌、抗炎、镇痛和抗过敏作用,且毒性小。
Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of alcohol extracts of Aeschynomene indica L .. Methods The methods of tube doubling dilution ,the ear swelling induced by the croton oil ,acetic acid twisting as well as the test of skin allergy and acute toxicity test were adopted in the study .Results Alcohol extracts of Ae-schynornene indica L .had strong bacteriostatic effects on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis ,it inhibited the ear swelling induced by the croton oil , decreased the body twisting times induced by acetic acid , and alleviated skin anaphylaxis in mice .The acute toxicity test showed that the maximum dosage of alcohol extracts of Aeschynomene in -dica L.was 150.7g crude drug/kg.Conclusion Alcohol extracts of Aeschynormene indica L has some bacteriostat-ic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antiallergic effects as well as little toxicity .
