摘要
目的：评价一期无张力疝修补术在急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝中的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析采用Bard公司定型产品补片治疗急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝89例患者临床资料。结果：89例均治愈。平均手术时间40~180min,患者术后12~48h恢复自主活动,住院7~14天,平均8.9天;术后并发呼吸道感染11例,尿潴留7例,经对症处理好转,无阴囊血肿发生;随访3个月~1年未见疝复发。结论：一期无张力疝修补术治疗嵌顿性腹股沟疝临床效果满意,但应在围术期尽力去除和治疗感染、出血及合并症等因素,防止和减少并发症的发生。
[ Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of one stage tension- flee hernia repair in incarceration inguinal hernia. [ Method] 89 cases suffering from incarceration inguinal hernia treated with the Mesh perfix plug of Bard company. [ Result ] All the patients were cured. The average operation time was 40 to 180 min. Patients regained spontaneous activity in 12 to 48h. Their hospitalization days were 7 to 14 days and the average was 8.9 days. 11 cases complicated with respiratory tract infection after operation. 7 cases suffered from urine retention and after symptomatic treaanent, no hematoma of scrotum occurred. All patients were followed up for 3 month to 1 years, and recurrence of hernia did not re - emerge. [ Conclusion] Onestage tension - free hernia repair in incarceration inguinal hernia gets better results. The infective factor should been removed during the sur- round operation to removal and cure wound infection,bleeding and complication, which to prevent and decrease complication.
