摘要
总结27例老年结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者的围手术期护理。认为老年结直肠癌并发肠梗阻以解除梗阻、抢救生命为首要,护理重点是积极的术前胃肠减压,有效引流,准确记录出入量,纠正水电解质平衡,控制感染和营养支持;术后严密观察病情变化,加强各引流管护理和呼吸道管理,有预防性护理措施的落实,及时发现并处理术后并发症,以促进患者康复。
To summarize perioperative nursing in the 27 elderly patients with colorectal cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction. The first step is to solve obstruction and save the life. The key point of nursing is positive preoperative gasVointesti- nal decompression, effective drainage, monitoring the data of input and output, keeping balance of water and electrolyte, con- troling hffection and nutrition support. After operation, we should observe clinical manifestation, take care of drainage and air- way management, early detect the comph＇cation, all of which will promote the patient recovery.
