卫生信息管理专业医学统计学课程教学调查与思考

摘要 目的:了解卫生信息管理专业医学统计学的教学现状,探讨教学的方法和手段,提高教学效果。方法:对完成医学统计学教学的卫生信息管理专业学生203人进行问卷调查和分析。结果:通过课程的学习,学生对学习统计学的目的性和重要性有一定的认识,但学习的兴趣不高,有30.0%的学生觉得学习有难度,能独立进行原始数据库统计分析的比例只有8.4%;多数学生对教学的安排基本满意,60.1%的学生认为应该增加讨论课。结论:学生对医学统计学的重要性有一定的认知,但还应该进一步增加原始数据的案例教学,加强理论和实践的联系程度。 [Objective] To get to know the status of Medical Statistics teaching, explore the teaching ways and methods, and r improve the teaching results of Medical Statistics. [ Method] In this survey, 203 students who have just accomplished Medical Statistics studying were selected and filled in the questionnaires. [ Result] The study showed that the majority of students have a basic understanding of the importance and the aim of Medical Statistics. However, their interest in this course was not high. 30. 0% of the students felt difficulty in learning and the percent of students who could carry out the statistical report was only 8. 4 %. Most students were satisfied with the teaching arrangement and 60.1% of students thought that increasing seminar was a good choice. [ Conclusion] The students have a basic understanding of the import,ance of Medical Statistics. We should irnpmve our teaching quality through all kinds of methods such as case - ba^d teaching of raw data and combining theory and practice.
