摘要
基于PC104模块的多功能协调式液压伺服加载控制系统由监控部分和闭环控制部分组成,可以同时控制多达24通道的作动器,从而实现载荷、位移、应变的三参量反馈控制。文中介绍了本系统的基本功能和特殊功能模块。系统硬件主要由PC104模块、信号放大模块、输出模块、通讯模块等组成,软件分别由C语言和Delphi编写。实际应用效果表明:该系统的控制性能十分良好,具有十分广泛的应用前景。
A multi-function & multi-channel coordination digital hydraulic servo control system based on PC104 is introduced. The system is composed by monitor control part and closed-loop control part, and can control 1 to 24 channel actuator. Besides, the system can be controlled by displacement, load and strain. The basic functions and the special functions of the system are introduced in detail. The hardware of the system is composed by PC104 control module, signal conditioning module, output driver module and communication module. The software of the system is written with Delphi and C Language. The actual application indicates that the control system has good control functions, and it has broad application prospects.
