摘要
坚持以人为本的理念,必须将促进人的发展和促进社会经济的发展结合起来。社会经济的发展是人类全面发展的保障和基础,人的发展是社会发展的最终目的,离开人的发展,社会经济的发展也将会失去动力和目标。社会经济的发展同人的发展是相互促进相互协调的,人的全面发展会促进社会文化物质财富的不断创造,人民的生活也会得到相应的改善。将促进人的全面发展作为社会发展的最高目标,落实到社会建设以及文化、政治、经济发展的全过程中,贯穿到社会发展的各项工作当中,才能不断推进社会经济的全面进步发展。
The people-oriented idea requires the combination of promoting the all-round development of people and the development of society and economy which is the garantee and basis of all-round development of man.The development of people is the final goal of social development.The development of society and economy will lose motivation and aim without the development of man.They promote each other.To implement the all-round development of people in the development of culture,politics,economy and society will improve the all-round development of society and economy.
