摘要
通过介绍《中央地质勘查基金项目资金预(结)算管理暂行办法》,有利于承担中央地勘基金项目的地勘单位申报基金项目。中央地勘基金项目资金管理具有以下特点:市场化运作合同制管理;根据勘查工作程序分阶段管理;按照工作量和预算标准进行资金测算、预算编制和审查;区分单位性质使用不同预算标准;允许在项目预算中列支税金和合理利润。
Through the introduction of the Budget（Settlement）of interim measures for the Administration of Central Geological Prospecting Fund project funding, conducive to assume the units to declare funds project.Project funds management of Central Geological Prospecting Fund has the following features：market-oriented operation＆contract management;based on exploration work program phased manage- ment;according to the workload and budget estimation, budget preparation and review of the standard funds;subdivisions of nature using different budget standards; allow taxes charged against the budget of the project and a reasonable profit.
