摘要
在国际经贸发展史上 ,2 0世纪 80年代至今美国对华贸易政策的年度审议是一个很奇特的现象。本文旨在揭示陷入这一怪圈的深层原因 ,阐明解决对华PNTR问题在中美经贸往来中具有“双赢”意义。
In the developing process of economics and international trade, there is a very peculiar phenomenon from 1980s to now that the US has an annual censorship for trade policy to China. This article aims at displaying the in-depth reasons involoving in this “strange circle”, and demonstrates it is a meaningful win-win tactic to solve PNTR issue for Sino-US mutual economic and trade cooperation.
