摘要
翻箱工作是港口集装箱船舶装船作业和提箱、移箱作业中的一个环节,翻箱率直接影响码头的装卸效率和进提箱效率,目前我国很多码头的翻箱作业还存在一定的问题。文章结合集装箱码头作业的理论和实际操作经验,以港吉码头为例对堆场的翻箱量进行研究,运用蒙特卡罗法进行仿真,对翻箱作业进行分析,提出了控制装船翻箱、提箱翻箱等优化对策。
The box turning is an aspect of the port＇s container ship loading and box shifting operations, the box turning rate af- fects the handling efficiency of the port directly. And there are still some problems of the box turning operation in many ports of our country. The ＇article integrates operational theory and practice experience and is based on the yard study as to its current condition, analysis the box-shifting operation of Gangji wharf, simulate by using Monte Carlo method and analysis the box turning operation. Proposed optimization controlling measures of shipment box turning operations and extracting box turning operations.
