摘要
目的:基于新的体视学方法的基本要求,建立胼胝体有髓神经纤维定量研究的分区方法。方法:大鼠大脑连续组织切片后,基于改良Witelson分区的方法,定义胼胝体的分区。结果:研究发现老年大鼠胼胝体有髓神经纤维额区体积较年轻大鼠显著下降28.6%,有髓神经纤维总体积显著下降17.4%。结论:采用这一建立在新的体视学方法要求之上的胼胝体纤维分区方式,能准确地从微观上解释不同胼胝体区域内神经纤维的直径、数量等信息以及相关变化与功能变化之间的联系。
Objective: To establish a partition method for in vivo quantitative study of myelinated fibers in corpus callosum, which was satisfied for the basic requirements of the new stereological method. Methods: After continuous sections of rat brain were obtained, the partition of the corpus callosum based on improved Witelson method was defined. Results: In the preliminary study, compared with the young rats, the volume of corpus cal-losum in the frontal region of the aged rats was significantly decreased by 28.6%, and the total volume of the myelinated nerve fibers was significantly decreased by 17.4%. Conclusion: With this new stereological method of partitioning corpus callosum body fiber, we can accurately study the nerve fiber diameter and number in different corpus callosum areas, and the relationship between the related changes and the variation of function.
