摘要
文章从高校学生党支部建在班上的理论和现实意义入手,深刻分析了当前高校学生党支部建在班上工作存在的主要问题及其原因,提出应建立学生党支部建在班上的目标机制、指导监督机制、学生党支部书记选拔培养机制及作用发挥机制等质量保障机制。
