摘要
失独现象作为一个带有中国特色的社会问题,其生成有着深刻的社会根源和政策博弈,是多方因素合力的必然结果,其现实危害不容小觑。在解决失独问题的路径建构上应当尤其注重理论选择和综合治理,确保顶层设计和底层互动的有序开展。
We must recognize that there are unique, national conditions in China and the operating mode of our system has its own characteristics. The phenomenon of the lost of the only - child is peculiar to China, and this problem has deep social and political origins. We should placed great importance on it because this issue has crea- ted great potential damages to our society. Given its complex reasons, we must pay more attention to the theories choosing and comprehensive treatments. By this means, we can ensure the order between the system design and the general public interaction.
