摘要
人口老龄化使养老问题成为社会各界关注的热点,特别是失能老年人的照护难题亟待解决。本课题组调查分析了辽宁省目前失能老年人的照护现状,阐述了专业社会工作介入老年照顾服务体系的必要性与可行性,探讨构建社区失能老年人长期照护服务体系的对策。
Population aging has made elderly care a social issue under the spotlight. The care for the disabled elderly is in particular urgent. This article reveals the status quo of care for the disabled elderly in Liaoning Province, elaborates on the necessity and feasibility of introducing professional social work into the elderly care system, and provides strategies for establis- hing long term care system for the disabled community elderly.
