核电站堆内构件堆芯围筒制造技术分析与比较

摘要 堆芯围筒(组合式或整体式)是堆内构件中的一个重要关键部件。AP1000堆芯围筒(整体式)相对于CPR1000二代改进型堆芯围筒(组合式),其组件采用全焊接形式,减少了大量的螺栓连接,从而降低核电站运行中堆芯震动、水流冲击造成螺栓松动、失效的风险。通过堆内构件堆芯围筒制造技术以及应用,可以满足非能动设计理念对其制造技术提出的要求。 Core shroud (combined type or integral type) is one of the important components for RVI. (Reactor Vessel Intermals) AP1000 core shroud (integral type) compared with core shroud (combined type) of CPRIO00 generation 2 modified model, technologically speaking, AP1000 core shroud assembly is replaced screwing connection by all-welded form which reduces a lot of screw connection, and lowers the risk of screw loosening failure due to core vibrating and flow impact during operation of nuclear power plant. Through manufacturing technical comparison and productive practice of core shroud of RVI of nu-clear power plant, it can meet the requirement of manufacturing technology of core shroud based on passive design concept.
