摘要
研究了污灌农田土壤重金属污染程度、有机质含量和理化性质对土壤无脊椎动物的影响规律.结果表明:土壤重金属污染程度与土壤无脊椎动物群落多样性和个体数量具有极显著的负相关性,分别建立了土壤重金属综合污染指数、Cd污染指数和As污染指数与群落Simpson多样性指数、McIntosh多样性指数、蜱螨目和弹尾目种群数量的回归模型.研究表明土壤无脊椎动物群落多样性指数和种群数量可以指示土壤重金属污染程度.
Experiment was conducted to study the effects of heavy metal pollution, organic content, physical and chemical properties on invertebrate community in soil. A negative correlation was found between soil heavy metal pollution and soil invertebrate community diversity, the individual numbers of species. Different regression model was constructed in soil heavy metal comprehensive pollution index, Cu pollution index, As pollution index and Simpson community diversity index, McIntosh diversity index, Acarina and Collembola population. Show that soil invertebrate community diversity index and population can be instructed to soil heavy metal pollution level.
