摘要
以IETM故障树理论为基础,建立一问一答模式的故障隔离机制.阐述了涡轮叶片温度特点,分析了涡轮叶片的几种故障类型,并以涡轮叶片故障诊断流程为实例建立简单的故障树结构.研究了IETM故障数据模块的编辑与实现,利用模拟的涡轮叶片故障温度数据验证了IETM故障诊断系统的可行性,实现了故障诊断界面在IE浏览器上的显示.证明了通过与IETM交互并在诊断策略的引导下,现场保障人员能够高效地完成现场级的故障诊断和维修.
This paper first makes an introduction to the development, application and the main technologies of IETM. Based on IETbl fault tree theory, a question and answer mode fault isolation mechanism is established. Then this paper expounds the turbine blades" temperature characteristics, analyzes several fault types of the turbine blades, and then takes the turbine blades fault diagnosis process as an example to establish a simple fault tree structure. The programming and realizing of IETM fault data module is researched. The simulated turbine blades failure temperature data are used to validate the feasibility of IETM fault diagnosis system, achieving display of fault diagnosis interface on Internet Explorer browser. This proves that through interaction with IETM and guided by the diagnosis strategy, the maintenance person on the site is able to complete field-level fault diagnosis and maintenance efficiently.
