摘要
目的探讨颈椎骨折患者围手术期护理体会。方法对北京市顺义区医院2011年6月～2012年12月收治的46例患者进行前后路联合手术治疗。做好各种术前准备,重视心理护理,做好气管、食管推移训练,术后严密观察生命体征,做好相关并发症的观察与护理并给予康复训练指导。针对术前、术后存在的护理问题,采取一系列有针对性的措施。结果 46例患者术后恢复良好,无护理并发症发生。结论做好颈椎骨折患者的围术期护理,可提高手术成功率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore perioperative nursing experience of the cervical spree Iractures pauents, Methods 46cases of patients with combined anterior and posterior operation treatment in Department of First Orthopedics, Hospital of Shunyi District in Beijing City were analyzed. Preoperative preparation were prepared, psychological nursing was thinked highly, the trachea and esophagus training was completed, vital signs were surveyed tightly, the observation and nursing care of the related complications were completed, rehabilitation training guidance were taken out. Aiming at the problems of preoperative and postoperative nursing, a series of targeted measures were done. Results All 46 postoperative patients were recovered well without the nursing complications. Conclusion Perioperative nursing of cer- vical spine fracture can improve the surgical success rate and the satisfaction of patients.
