摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种原因不明、进行性发展的神经退行性疾病。轻度认知功能损害(MCI)是介于正常老化和痴呆之间的一种过渡状态,将AD的干预节点提前至MCI,对有效防治AD具有重要和积极的意义。本文将以中医理论探析轻度认知功能损害的中医归属和病因病机,通过临床实践总结其相应治则。
Ahheimer disease （AD） is a chronic neurodegenerative disease that is characterized by its unknown cause and gradual progression. Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） was discovered as a transitional state between psychological aging and early stage of AD through. It can be seen that early intervention on MCI patients is positive and significant for AD prevention. The article will explore the category of traditional Chinese medicine and causation on mild cognitive impair- ment based on Chinese medicine theory, to summarize the corresponding treatment principles through Clinical practice.
