人工全髋置换后引流与非引流的选择 被引量:1

摘要 外科手术后放置引流的主要目的是减少血肿形成,降低感染风险,尤其对于涉及髓腔操作的骨科手术,术后出血量大,单纯加压包扎效果不佳,术后血肿形成风险高。资料显示引流运用于外科手术最早可以追溯到公元前五世纪,被称为“医圣”的西方医学之父希波克拉底运用木制导管进行外科引流。
