摘要
本文对具有补偿前、后十字韧带功能的修正型人工膝在单双髁负荷下 ,以骨水泥固定和骨组织生长固定的胫骨平台二种固定界面的多种生物材料和金属材料组成复合结构的固定胫骨平台近端结构 ,通过有限元的数值分析 ,计算其应力与位移的分布和量值 ,并和人体膝胫骨平台计算结果比较 ,分析结果可供膝关节外科临床医学和新型人工膝关节的研究参考。
Numerical analysis of FEM were made on the composite structures of tibia platform, which contained both fixed type interfaces of bone cement and growth of bone histocyte and metal and different characteristic biomaterials, for the corrected artificial knee joint with the function to compensate the anterior posterior crossed ligaments in unilateral and biolateral loads. The calculated results of stresses and displacements were valuable to the surgery of knee joint and device of new type of artificial knee joint.
