摘要
文章测试了国内外两种不同风电叶片用灌注环氧树脂体系所制备的玻璃纤维层合板的拉-拉疲劳性能,实验发现DQ200E/DQ204H树脂体系和某进口树脂体系疲劳寿命与应力之间的关系分别为:lgN=31.76-10.16×lgS和lgN=31.49-10.10×lgS。在相同条件下,DQ200E/DQ204H树脂体系拥有比该进口树脂体系更好的疲劳性能。以35%静力拉伸强度为最大应力,在106次加载后DQ200E/DQ204H树脂体系和该进口树脂体系的试样的剩余强度分别为静力强度的86.90%和85.37%。
Fatigue tests of glass fibre reinforced plastics made by two different types of epoxy resins for wind turbine blade have been done. The results of this study illustrate that the relationship between fatigue life and stress of DQ200E/DQ204H resin system is lgN=31.76-10.16×lgS, and that of an imported resin system is lgN=31.49- 10.10×lgS. The fatigue property of DQ200E/DQ204H resin system is better than that of imported resin system. The rest strength of the DQ20OE/DQ204H resin system is 86.90%, and that of the imported resin system is 85.37% after 10^6 load cycles, when 35% of the tensile strength as the maximum value of load stress.
