摘要
为了攻克核电低压外缸与凝汽器喉部大型结构件现场焊接变形大的难题,通过对核电低压外缸与凝汽器喉部焊接时的变形趋势的分析,认为控制接头的横向和纵向角变形是关键。综合多项措施制定和优化了焊接工艺并成功应用于一个低压模块的安装。焊接过程中分阶段监测了低压外缸的变形,监测数据表明了该工艺的合理性。
In order to solve the difficult problem of welding deformation control for nuclear power unit exhaust hood to condenser throat, the deformation tendency was analyzed, joint control of horizontal and vertical angle deformation were considered as key point. The welding procedure with many measures was formulated and optimized, and successfully applied to a LP module of nuclear power unit. The rationality had been proved by monitoring data during welding.
