摘要 针对化工试验评价装置被控模拟参数多、控制精度要求高、工艺复杂多变的特点,提出了集DCS、PLC、PC于一体的EIC一体化控制系统。系统一方面采用以模拟量控制为主的DCS来控制温度、流量、压力等参数;另一方面采用PLC来控制气控先导阀、压缩机、各种泵及电加热系统的开关量回路,并通过PC机实现上位监控功能。该控制系统目前已在科研院所得到了一定的应用,相信EIC一体化系统在化工试验评价装置中的应用会越来越广泛。 In accordance with the high demands for control accuracy, and the features of various controlled emulated parameters as well as the complex and changeable technological process in chemical engineering experimental evaluation device, the EIC integrated control system composed of DCS, PLC and PC is proposed. On the one hand, the parameters of temperature, pressure and flow, etc. , are controlled by adopting DCS that is suitable for analog control; on the other hand, the pneumatic pilot vales, compressor and the discrete loops of various pumps and electric heating systems are controlled by using PLC ; and the host computer monitoring functions are implemented in PC. This control system has been applied in scientific research institutes, it is trusted that the EIC integrated system will be more widely used in chemical engineering experimental evaluation devices.
