含易浮云母的复杂铜铅锌矿分离试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 某铜铅锌矿属高硫复杂难选多金属硫化矿,铜铅锌矿物之间嵌镶关系极其复杂,原矿中云母和硫含量高,可浮性好,严重干扰铜铅锌矿物的浮选,尤其对铜铅锌精矿的质量影响很大,增加了该铜铅锌矿石的选矿难度。采用优先浮铜—铜精矿脱云母—铅锌硫混浮—铅锌与硫分离的浮选工艺,在铜与铅锌分离的同时消除云母对浮选的影响。当原矿含铜0.63%、铅2.44%、锌2.95%时,获得的铜精矿含铜21.24%、含铅6.08%、含锌4.08%,铜回收率为76.20%;铅锌精矿含铅18.38%、含锌23.32%,铅、锌回收率分别为85.07%、89.32%。 A copper-lead-zinc ore belongs to high sulfur complex refractory polymetallic sulphide ore. The dissemination relationship of copper, lead and zinc minerals is very complicated. Due to the high content of mica and sulphur and the good floatability of both the two minerals, the floatation of copper, lead and zinc is seriously affected by them, particularly influence the quality of the concentrates of copper, lead and zinc, and make the difficulty of flotation separation increased. By adopting the process flowsheet of preferential flotation of copper, mica removal from copper concentrate, bulk flotation of lead, zinc and sulphur followed by the separation of bulk concentrate of lead and zinc and sulphur, the disadvantage influence of mica on the separation of copper and lead-zinc is overcome. When the raw ore containing 0.63% Cu, 2.44% Pb, 2.95% Zn, the copper concentrate contains 21.24% Cu, 6.08% Pb and 4.08% Zn with copper recovery of 76.20%, while the bulk concentrate of lead and zinc grading 18.38% Pb and 23.32% Zn is obtained, at recoveries of 85.07% Pb and 89.32% Zn.
