摘要
鲍德里亚认为,消费社会是由大众传媒所操控的符号社会,在此,人们消费的对象由商品的使用价值变化为符号价值,而符号本身的系统相关性,使人们的生活世界转变为是由无限的符号所建构起来的“拟象世界”。但是,在消费社会中,大众传媒虽然具有“合理性”,但其解构实体世界,建构拟象世界;解构终极价值,建构符号价值;解构权利法制系统,建构消费符号系统都是难以成立的,因为,这是以解构人类社会赖以生存和发展的更深层次的前提与基础为代价的。
Baudrillard declares that consumer society is a symbolic society, controlled by the mass media. In this society, people's objects of consumption change from utility value to the symbolic value, and the systematic relativity of symbol makes people's living world change to the "simulacrum world" constructed by unlimited symbols. Although in consumerist society, mass media holds the "rationality" that deeonstructs the physical world and constructs the simulation world, deconstructs the ultimate value and constructs the symbolic value, as well as deconstructs the right legal system and constructs the consumption symbol system, it is untenable because of the great costs to deconstruct the deeper foundation of and prerequisite for the survival and development of human society.
