摘要
采用回归分析方法,研究了单级双吸离心泵水力模型参数和有关设计资料,通过大量计算,给出了单级双吸离心泵设计方法,首次提出了单级双吸离心泵水力效率Zh、容积效率Zv、机械效率Zm和泵过流部件几何参数的设计计算公式,列举了计算实例。研究结果表明,叶轮直径计算平均相对误差为1.17%,泵效率计算平均相对误差为2.92%,完全可以满足设计时的精度要求。文中成果为单级双吸离心泵设计、研究及现有产品改造提供有用的参考。
The geometrical parameters and relative information of single-stage double-suction centrifu- gal pump were researched by using the regression analysis, the designing method of double-suction cen- trifugal pump was obtained after a lot of calculation. The calculating formulae of hydraulic efficiency, vol- umetric efficiency,mechanical efficiency and geometrical parameters of wetting parts were proposed. The calculating examples were enumerated. The result showed that the relative average error of impeller diam- eter was 1.17%, one of pump efficiency was 2.92%, the accuracy requirement in the design could be satis- fied. The result can provide a useful reference for single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump design, re- search as well as product reform.
