摘要
采用结肠部分切除，缩短肠内容物在大肠内的通过及停留时间，恢复肠道正常生理功能，治疗冗长结肠２０８例，治愈率９３．８％，总有效率９８．６％。结果证明·该方法术式简单、安全，疗效可靠，易于操作，恢复快，患者乐于接受。
In the treatment of radundant colon in 208 cases, partial colectomy was used to re- duce the passing and staying time of intestinal substance in colon, and restore intestinal normal function. The curative rate was 93.8%; and total effective rate was 98. 6%. Results showed that the method is simple, safe. reliabl. and easy to he taken. and fast for recovery, lower in recurrence rate and well accepted by the patients.
