摘要
通过乳液聚合法制备了4010 NA接枝聚异戊二烯大分子防老剂,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,考察了其在天然橡胶中的迁移速率及热变化。结果表明,防老剂4010 NA成功接枝于聚异戊二烯分子链上;相对于传统防老剂,4010 NA接枝聚异戊二烯大分子防老剂在天然橡胶基体中的迁移速率明显降低,抗老化作用增强;大分子防老剂在天然橡胶基体中可发挥长效抗老化作用。
The 4010 NA grafted polyisoprene macromolecular antioxidant was prepared via emulsion polymerization,and its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Additionally,the as-prepared macromolecular antioxidant was introduced into the vulcanized natural rubber,and the migration rates as well as the thermal change were investigated.The results showed that the 4010 NA was grafted on to polyisoprene molecular chains successfully.The migration rate of the macromolecular antioxidant was smaller,and the resistance to thermal oxidation was better compared to those of the conventional antioxidants.Moreover,self-made macromolecular antioxidant had a longterm anti-aging effect.
