摘要
中国体育事业的发展进入"后竞技时代",相应地体育人才培养模式也需要向"后竞技时代"转变。体育人才培养由重竞技转变为重人的全面发展,已经成为一种风行理念。世界发达国家由于体育事业发展迅速率先实现这种转型,其人才培养模式值得我们借鉴。文章通过与发达国家体育人才培养模式的比较与总结,得出"后竞技时代"体育人才培养模式的启示与思考,以期为我国体育人才培养提供理论参考。
Now, the Chinese sport development has entered a post -competitive era. The sports talent＇ s training model also need to shift accordingly, namely from thinking highly of competitive to attaching importance to the athelete＇ s all - round development.
