摘要
供应链金融的风险与传统融资方式的风险存在很大差别,如何识别和控制供应链金融发展中的风险问题成为学者研究的重点。以复杂网络理论这一全新的视角构建供应链金融网络拓扑结构,分析了供应链金融的风险并针对整个系统风险提出有益的建议,这可以弥补传统方式对供应链金融风险认识的不足。
There are big differences between supply chain financing and traditional financing in terms of risk, there- fore, the identification and controlling of the risk in the developing supply chain financing becomes the focus of scholars. This paper is based on the new perspective of complex network theory to build the network topology struc- ture of supply chain financing and analyze the risk of supply chain financing. Finally, we give some useful recom- mendations for the entire systemic risk, which can make up for the shortage of recognition of the traditional way a- gainst supply chain financing.
