摘要
目的:分析门急诊输液室各种护理纠纷原因并提出防范措施。方法:对门急诊输液室护理纠纷问题作回顾性分析。结果:从科室管理、护士、患者及其他等方面分析纠纷原因,从而制定防范措施。结论:通过强化管理意识,优化输液流程,提高护理质量,增加护理宣教及便民措施等方法,来降低护患纠纷发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analysis the causes and propose preventive measures of the disputes of the outpatient and emergency infusion room. Methods The disputes of the outpatient and emergency infusion room nearly 4 years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results From line managers ,nurses,patients and other reasons such as analysis of disputes, so as to formulate preventive measures. Con- dusion By strengthening management awareness, optimize transfusion process and improve the quality of care, increase care mission and convenience measures and other means to reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, improve patient satisfaction.
