摘要
在创新型科技人才的培养中,理工类院校实验室建设是实验教学的重中之重,地位是无法替代的。而作为实验室建设的核心要素,实验教师队伍的建设尤为关键。因此,该研究把理工类实验教师队伍建设作为研究和探索我国工程科技人才培养的突破口,通过对北京22所理工类实验教师队伍的研究和分析,构建了理工类实验教师队伍建设理论框架,提出理工类院校实验教师队伍的发展策略,建立新型实验教学体系,从而促进工程科技人才的培养模式。
In the cultivation of innovative technological personnel, teaching, which is top priority. Meanwhile, as the core element of lab construction in polytechnic colleges is a very important for lab lab construction, lab teaching team building is particularly critical. This paper takes the lab teaching teams in Beijing's polytechnic colleges as a breakthrough to study and explore China's engineering personnel training. By studying and analyzing the lab teaching teams in Beijing's 22 polytechnic colleges and universities, it constructs a theoretical framework, raises a development strategy for the lab teaching team building in polytechnic colleges and universities and constructs a new lab teaching system to boost the training model of engineering technological personnel.
