摘要
围绕IP多播在数字视频监控系统中的实现,深入讨论了系统引人IP多播技术所涉及的一系列关键技术及其相关的实现方法.IP多播流程的建立、基于Winsock的IP多播技术的实现步骤、传输层协议的选择、网络流量控制策略以及用户权限控制的实现等技术在文中都提供了其具体的解决办法.该系统采用Digital 21230芯片硬件实现音视频 MPEG-1标准的实时压缩,应用软件实时解压缩以及系统多功能操作等,软件基于 Windows 9x/NT平台用 Visual C++开发.IP多播技术能够最大限度地利用现有带宽资源,具有广阔的应用前景.
This paper presents an implementation of IP multicasting technology in a digital video monitoring system and discusses the key techniques involved. issues discussed include the construction of IP multicasting flow, IP multicasting based on winsock, options of protocols in transport layer, network runoff control strategy and the implementation of user access control. MPEG-1 compression coding is realized by means of software and with a digital chip 21230, and decoding is realized only by means of software. The software is developed with Visual C+ + on a Windows g-c/NT platform. IP multicasting can make full use of the current bandwidth and therefore has a wide range of potential applications.
