摘要
通过调查广州地区三所高职院校毕业1至5年的毕业生,并对调查数据进行分析,结果显示,入党对高职院校毕业生职业发展的多项指标上有正相关性,党员毕业生在工资收入水平、个人学习和进修培训、就业观念、获得工作培训的机会、对待本职工作的态度、与同事人际状况以及对工作的满意度等方面都优于非党员毕业生,特别是在提升学历(升本)的毕业生中党员毕业生占绝对多数。
A survey for graduates who graduated 1 -5 years from three vocational colleges at the Guangzhou area was conducted. According to the survey analysis and data mining, graduates those join the party have a positive impact on personal development. The party members accounted absolute majority of upgraded graduates, and their job-training opportunities, level of wage income, personal learning and continuing training, employment concepts, attitude towards work, interpersonal situation with colleagues, job satisfaction and other aspects superior to non-party members of graduates.
