摘要
针对6缸船用柴油机凸轮轴设计方案,开展凸轮轴总成的扭矩校核;利用CAE仿真软件对凸轮轴总成的装配状态进行了仿真分析,找出存在设计薄弱环节的止推轴开展结构优化设计;同时并采取相应的制造工艺措施,提高凸轮轴的安全传动。
According to the design plan of the camshaft for a 6 - cylinder marine diesel engine, the torque of the camshaft assembly is verified. With CAE software, the assembling state of the cam- shaft assembly is simulated and analyzed to find out the weak design that appears in the thrust shaft. A related manufacturing techniques and measures are used to improve the camshaft for safe rotation.
