摘要
目的探讨Muc-1和Survivin在肝细胞癌组织中表达及其与癌细胞分化程度的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测50例肝细胞癌患者癌组织Muc-1和Survivin的表达,分析两者与肝癌细胞分化程度的关系。结果 Muc-1和Survivin在肝癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为86%和88%,且其表达程度越强,肝癌细胞的分化程度越低;肝癌细胞越趋向于低分化时,Muc-1和Survivin双表达率越高。结论 Muc-1和Survivin可能作为肝癌恶性程度及预后的分析指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Muc-1 and Survivin in hepatocellular carcinoma tis-sues and its relationship to stage of cancer cell differentiation. Methods The expression of Muc-1 and Survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry in tumor tissues from 50 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and its relationship to stages of cancer cell differentiation was also analyzed. Results There were 86% and 88% of pa-tients were found to be Muc-1- and Survivin-positive in tumor tissues,respectively,and a strong expression of the two proteins was associated with lower degree of differentiation of cancer cells. Furthermore,a low degree of can-cer cell differentiation was also associated with a higher positivity of co-expression of Muc-1 and Survivin. Con-clusion Muc-1 and Survivin may be used as a predicator for the extent of malignancy and prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
