摘要
从海峡西岸高校档案管理工作的重要性出发,分析了制约当前海峡西岸高校档案管理工作的因素,提出了强化档案管理工作的措施。认为在海峡西岸文化建设进程中,必须推进高校档案工作的现代化管理,最大限度地运用科学技术与现代化管理相结合的新管理模式,提高档案管理人员素质,创建档案管理团队,加快档案数字化建设,为实现高校档案工作对海峡西岸社会区域文化发展的服务作用创造条件。
Based on the importance of colleges and universities archives management in the West Coast of the Strait, the article analyzes the factors restricting the development of archives management and proposes the measures to strengthen archives management. In the construction process of the culture West Coast of the Strait,it is necessary to promote the modernization of colleges and universities ar- chives management.Using the new management model of science and technology combined with mod- ern management,to improve the quality of archivists and create a archives management team,to speed up construction of digital archives for colleges and universities archives on the role of regional cultural development of social services in the West Coast of the Strait.
