摘要
为保证大红山铁矿Ⅰ号铜矿带之上露天开采的安全,需要对现有的分段空场嗣后充填采矿方法进行变更。对可选择的采矿方法进行可行性分析,优选出最适合矿山实际的采矿方法——点柱式上向水平分层充填法,并且先用废石充填,再用分级尾砂充填,最后采用水泥尾砂浆充填,极大地节约了生产成本。对具有相似开采条件的矿山具有很高的推广价值。
In order to ensure the safety of the open-pit mining above the No. I copper belt in Dahongshan iron ore, the need of making an alteration to the existing sublevel stoping backfill method arose. Based on the results of a feasibility analysis, the most suitable mining method for the mine was selected the upward horizontal slicing and filling method, and a procedure of filling firstly with waste rock , then with classified tailings, and finally with cement tailing paste was adopted. This method can greatly save the production cost, and has high reference value to other mines with similar mining conditions.
