细胞衍生微粒与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:2

摘要 细胞衍生微粒是细胞在激活或凋亡过程中所产生的超微膜性囊泡。细胞衍生微粒来源包括血小板、白细胞、内皮细胞等。微粒广泛存在于血液循环,并可在动脉粥样硬化等血管损伤部位大量产生和聚积。微粒在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。在急性冠脉综合征患者血液中,细胞衍生微粒数量显著升高。该文介绍各种细胞衍生微粒在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中的可能作用与机制。
