摘要 基于能量释放理论和致损物/受损物的概念,通过分析事故发生的机理,提出了能阻、能流和受损物的损伤系数的概念,以此构建了基于能流的损伤模型和复杂公共场所事故损伤的能流网络模型,并以西安火车站候车厅发生火灾事故为案例,通过对构建的火灾事故致损能流网络模型进行分析,从而提出了风险控制的具体措施。该研究可为实现公共安全的风险控制提供依据。 Based on the energy release theory and the concepts of damaging bodies and damaged bodies,this paper proposes the concepts of energy resistance,energy flow and damage coefficient of damaged bodies by analyzing the law of accidents,and establishes the flow model of the energy flow of accident-damage in complex public places. Then the paper takes a fire scenario in the waiting hall of Xi^an Railway Station as an example, and the energy flow network model of accident-damage under the fire case is posed by investigating the characteristics o{ public safety in the waiting hall. Finally, the paper proposes risk control measures based on the analysis of the instance model, which will provide some references for the risk control of public safety.
