四轮驱动拖拉机滑转率的测量与特性分析 被引量:9

摘要 设计了一套基于LabVIEW的四轮驱动拖拉机滑转率测量系统,介绍了系统的工作原理,包括系统的组成、传感器的工作原理、硬件电路设计与软件设计等。通过田间的试验验证了此系统的精确性,同时在不同耕深、不同作业地块下进行了拖拉机滑转率的测量实验。结果表明,拖拉机的滑转率随着耕深的变大逐渐变大,其存在一定的线性关系,速度的变化基本上不影响滑转率的变化。 A slip measurement system was developed for agricultural four wheel drive (4WD) tractors based on LabVIEW Software. The operating principle of this system, principle and installation method of encoder and radar- ground speed sensor were introduced. Hardware and software of the slip measurement system were designed. Slip measurement experiments were carried out ment system and the slip characteristics were analyzed. on driving and plowing. The accuracy of slip measure- Results show that error of this system is around 1.5 % - 2.7% that the error can meet the requirements of the slip measurement system; there is a linear relation between slip and tillage depth for the slip become bigger with the increase of depth.
