摘要
耳状网褶菌Paxillus panuoides属于大型真菌,在全国各省份均有分布,对其发酵液主要化学成分进行研究具有重要的意义。通过运用多种分离与分析方法(CC、TLC、prep.TLC、MPLC、HPLC等)以及波谱学技术(1D NMR、2D NMR、MS、HR-MS、UV/Vis等)并借助必要的化学手段对其发酵液进行化学成分的研究,共分离得到7个化合物。分别为:(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇、5α,8α-过氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇、5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8,22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2'R)-2-N-(2'羟基棕榈酰基)-9-甲基-4,8-sphingadienine、1-9Z-十八烯酸甘油酯、4-羟基苯乙酸、对羟基苯乙醇。
Paxillus panuoides is a kind of macro fungi, distributed throughout China. It is of important significance to study its chemical constituents. Seven Compounds such as (22E,24R)-Ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol, 5a,8a-Epidiory-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol, 5a,6a-Epoxyergosta-8,22-dien-3 13,7a-diol, 1-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2' R)-2-N-(2' -hydroxypalmitoyl)-9-methyl- 4,8-sphingadienine, Glycerol-l-(9Z-octadecenoate), 4-Hydroxybenzeneacetic acid, p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, were isolated from the culture of the basidiomycete P. panuoides by using the chromatographic methods ( CC, TLC, prep. TLC, MPLC, HPLC, etc. ) , and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data (1D NMR, 2D NMR, MS, HR-MS, UV/Vis).
