阐述了立辊轧机电气同步控制原理,介绍和分析了舞钢4 200 mm立辊轧机电气系统及其控制过程存在的问题,通过对控制系统的改进和参数优化,实现了稳定的立辊轧机电气同步控制。
The article describes the electrical synchronization control principle of vertical edger, introduces and anlyzes the problems existing on electrical system and controls of 4 200 mm vertical edger in Wugang, achieving stable electrical synchronization control of the edger by means of control system improvement and parameter optimization.
