通过对转炉煤气鼓风机叶轮冲洗水、叶轮配重块、叶轮动平衡、除尘、排污系统进行优化改进,为操作、检修制定了科学规范的作业标准,杜绝了煤气鼓风机的偶发爆震,有效延长了一次风机的运行周期,保证了机组安全、高效、经济运行。
With optimization and improvement of various systems of impeller water rinsing ,counterweight block, dynamic balance, dedusting, sewage of gas fan for 150 t converter, scientific and normalized operation standard has been established for operation, accidental explosion phenomenon of the gas fan, which effetively extends the operational cycle of primary fan, ensures safe, efficient and economic operation of the fan.
