摘要
塔里木油田山前构造井深一般为6000~8000m,地层压力大,井下温度高,井身结构复杂,试油周期长,要求试油完井液在高密度、高温条件下,具有良好的沉降稳定性和高温流变稳定性,而目前使用的完井液主要由钻井液改造而成,普遍存在高温固化、加重剂沉淀、处理剂高温交联和分解的技术难题。因此研制出一种新型的高密度超微重晶石完井液,该体系采用超微粉体(0.1~10μm)加重,重晶石经过表面改性处理后,粒子表面形成双电层,使超微粉体颗粒间静电斥力增加,固相颗粒沉降趋势大大减弱,而且体系中无黏土,所使用的稳定剂、分散剂抗温性好、组分简单,所以该完井液在高密度、高温条件下,具有良好的沉降稳定性和高温流变稳定性。该完井液已在一口井进行试验应用,效果表明其基本满足了塔里木山前井高温、高压、试油周期长的应用环境需要。
The depth of foothill structural belt wells in Tarim oilfield is 6,000-8,000 m,with characteristics of high formation pressure,high temperature,complicated well structure and long testing period,which needs the completion fluid has good performances of settling and rheological stability in conditions of high density and temperature.However,the normal used completion fluid modified by drilling fluid has many problems,so a new kind of high density ultra-fine barite completion fluid is developed in this paper that it is weighted by ultra-fine powder(0.1-10 μm),and the barite is treated by surface modification that forms electric double layers to increase repulsive force between barite particles,moreover,the completion fluid has no clay,so it has good settling and high temperature rheological stability.The application in one well is succeed to meet the demands of high temperature high pressure and long testing period in foothill structural belt wells of Tarim oilfield.
