摘要
当前中国包容性社会的构建存在着三大问题,它们分别是:政策排斥问题在宏观与微观上都还广泛地存在着;空间排斥问题在城乡之间、城市贫富区之间以及城市贫困家庭住房三个方面还比较严重;人际排斥问题也出现了一些新的动向。对此,构建包容性社会必须在整体上建设包容性的文化意识,在个体上锻造包容性的心理素养,并为包容性社会建设提供制度供给。
At present,there are three major problems in the construction of inclusive society in China： policy exclusion problems,Space exclusion existing between the urban and the rural,the urban rich area and the urban poor one,and in the housing of urban financially poor families is very serious.There appear some new trends in the aspect of interpersonal exclusion.Therefore,it is necessary to build inclusive cultural consciousness on the whole in order to construct an inclusive society and individually forge inclusive psychological attainment,and provide institutional supply for the inclusive society construction.
