摘要
文章以绿原酸的粗提取率为指标,实验研究了乙醇作为提取剂,用索氏提取法,从乙醇体积浓度,提取溶剂的pH和虹吸次数这三个因素通过单因素和正交实验讨论提取绿原酸最佳条件。经过试验表明,乙醇的体积浓为70%,pH为4,虹吸次数为5,效果最佳;而利用超声波辅助提取绿原酸,超声波时间为0.5 h,绿原酸的粗产率较高。抑菌试验发现,绿原酸对金黄色葡萄球菌与黑曲霉具有一定的抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好。
In the conventional extraction method of chlorogenic acid, there are water extraction, organic solvent extraction, and physical field assisted extraction. The paper mainly used the three methods for extraction of chlorogenic acid from Flos lonicerae. Tests showed that the concentration of ethanol, volume was 70 %, pH was 4, extraction times was 5, the best effect; and the use of ultrasonic assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid, ultrasonic time of 0.5h, chlorogenic acid crude yicld higher than the boiling method. Bacteriostatic test, chlorogenic acid has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger, better antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
